About My Clients
I currently specialize in maternal mental health, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders for the birthing person and partner, attachment and childhood trauma, intuitive alignment and reconnection to oneself, hormone cycles, sex and sexuality, ancestral patterns, trauma + many more areas.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and have been providing integrative therapy since 2015. I am also a Minnesota Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, intuitive therapeutic coach, and a matrescence educator. I utilize somatic and trauma-informed modalities to support your healing journey. I tend to integrate an eclectic approach to support client's right where they are while pulling from my trainings in Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Movement, Somatics, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Compassionate Inquiry. Mothering Roots Therapy & Wellness is a private-pay practice for services. You may be able to submit your session to your insurance company for out of pocket benefits. Needs-based reduced session rates may be available. If you are in need of this support, please ask.

I deeply believe that we are never fully healed, however in community, through our commitment to therapy, education, authentic shares, and intuitive connection we build safety and trust in our bodies and embrace our life’s journey with compassion and care. Mothering Roots Therapy & Wellness offers individual in-person and tele-health therapy sessions to adults.
