About My Clients
I'm passionate about serving adults struggling with all kinds of things: anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, personal and professional identity development. I'm extremely passionate about helping mamas through maternal mental health challenges/diagnoses like perinatal depression, anxiety, and OCD. I believe mamas can not only survive but THRIVE in motherhood and I strive to support and encourage them into and throughout their parenting journey. It's what I was put on this earth to do!
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with Doors of Hope Counseling in Overland Park, KS. I use an integrative and holistic approach of therapeutic models to suit my client's needs and goals for therapy. Working collaboratively with clients, I especially enjoy utilizing client/person centered therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help them reach their treatment goals and ultimately live and thrive authentically in the world.
