My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My clinical work spans children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient and community mental health settings. I specialize in attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy and am trained in EMDR, play therapy, and sandtray therapy. My approach helps clients process distressing experiences, regulate emotions, and strengthen their relationships.
