I'm committed to helping clients identify goals, and provide the tools and skills necessary to reach those goals. Overall, I feel that building unique, purposeful, and trusting relationships with clients is what I enjoy most about being a therapist, and consider it an honor to be part of the journey.

With over 14 years experience, I am skilled in various therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, Self Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Services, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
