My Background and Approach
Sharing your deepest emotions, sexual desires, or lack of passion can feel intimidating. Because traditional talk therapy isn't the right fit for everyone, I ground my practice in experiential alternatives. Utilizing art, music, nature, and somatic-based methods like EMDR, we will build a unique therapeutic path that respects your pace. You don’t have to just sit and talk!

I am passionate about helping others find their creative energy in life, whether that be through talking, art-making, or mindful movement. What I value most about my work is helping my clients become more knowledgeable about their own needs, desires, and pleasures and using that to propel their therapeutic process. Additionally, I aim to help individuals and families strengthen their relationships to create lasting changes. I believe that the work we do in the therapy room is only part of the journey.
