About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I work with adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, women's issues, relational/attachment related issues, and life transitions. For OCD, I use I-CBT, ERP, and ACT. For other issues, I'm trained in several other modalities and use an integrated approach, depending on the needs of each client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a passion for mental health and have been working in the field for over twenty years. I believe change is possible and I love helping clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and actions and let go of what is not working for them anymore in order to live in accordance with their values. I have a strong commitment to social justice issues and have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and communities. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is important to successful therapy and offer a free video consultation to see if we're a good fit!
