About My Clients

I am especially passionate about supporting womxn, LGBTQIA+ folks, and young adults through self-exploration, self-compassion, and empowerment. I work with individual adolescents, adults, and couples with a variety of mental health concerns, including attachment injuries, anxiety and depression, relationships and intimacy concerns, family dynamics, and religious trauma.

My Background and Approach

I am a student intern through Seattle University and I am set to graduate with my master's in clinical mental health counseling in August of 2026. I also hold a bachelor's degree in psychology. My goal is to help clients with self-awareness and personal growth; identifying what is theirs to carry and what no longer serves them. I offer a space of safety and acceptance no matter where you are on your healing journey. I view mental health through attachment theory and relational-cultural theory, which view human connection and cultural influence as being formative to our well-being.
