My goal is for you to leave each session with practical, effective techniques and to leave feeling heard and validated. I take a direct and solution-focused approach. Together, we’ll address the challenges that are bothering you right now, starting with the thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations you’re experiencing in the moment. Over the past 6 years, my practice has focused on helping people manage anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, work stress, relationship issues, etc., and I have trained in leading-edge techniques that target both the mind and body. You’ll learn how your brain and body respond under stress, how to calm yourself quickly, and how to build resilience so that the challenges you face in the present don’t continue to control your future. My approach is collaborative - you’ll be an active participant, gaining insight, tools, and confidence to create lasting relief.
