About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed by stress, low mood, or patterns that keep holding you back? I know how exhausting it can be to navigate these feelings alone—the heaviness, the racing thoughts, the uncertainty. I’m here to help you understand what’s happening, build practical tools, and regain a sense of balance, control, and confidence in your daily life.
My Background and Approach
I am an LMSW and CASAC-A with experience supporting adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health and substance use concerns. I use a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation. I tailor strategies to each client’s needs, creating a safe, collaborative space for insight, skill-building, and lasting growth. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel truly heard, respected, and supported. I see every person as capable of growth and change when provided a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space. I am committed to helping clients explore their experiences, understand patterns, and develop practical skills to manage life’s challenges. Together, we work toward meaningful, lasting change while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and greater confidence in emotional wellbeing.
