About My Clients
I have a wide range of modalities I like to use which allows me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the person I’m working with—whether they’re a teenager facing anxiety, an adult struggling with substance use, or someone processing past trauma. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ages 16 to 65, and I deeply value the trust that comes with being part of someone’s healing journey.
My Background and Approach
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and somatic therapy. I became a therapist because it gives me such joy to be a witness to someone's success. Being able to support and guide healing
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of physical health impacting your mental health. It is so important to rest, move, eat healthy and exercise which is why I practice what I preach. I love going to the gym, running and doing yoga. I believe deeply in the power of personal growth and transformation. Everyone has the capacity to change, evolve, and rise above their past when given the opportunity, support, and self-awareness. I see challenges not as fixed limitations, but as stepping stones to becoming better versions of ourselves. Growth is rarely linear, but I trust in people’s resilience and their ability to rewrite their stories—no matter where they begin.
