My clients are parents and individuals navigating the stress of divorce, custody disputes, and family court involvement. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained by conflict and uncertainty. Together, we work on managing anxiety, improving co-parenting, and rebuilding self-trust. I provide a safe, structured space for clients of Wright Family Law Group to process change, develop coping tools, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
My Background and Approach
As Director of Divorce Support Services at Wright Family Law Group, I work exclusively with the firm’s clients experiencing divorce, custody disputes, or family court conflict. With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Divorce Coach, I help clients manage the stress of legal proceedings while building emotional resilience. My background includes work with DCF, the Florida Court System, and ten years as a School Adjustment Counselor. I’m also a Certified Trauma Systems Therapist and Play Therapist. My approach blends trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and movement to help clients reduce anxiety, communicate effectively, and stay grounded through the court process. I provide a calm, structured space to process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and regain confidence during this challenging time.
