About My Clients
Sometimes we feel out of control of our thoughts, our feelings, our body, our lives. While we cannot control everything, we can discover tools to support ourselves through the biggest constant of life- change. My intention is to offer genuine care and integrity so you feel held, and to support your inner knowing as we follow the threads of wisdom to the root causes of your issues, leading to greater self-compassion, resilience, self-mastery, and effective communication in relationships.
My Background and Approach
I work with a variety of challenges including cultivating self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, spirituality, trauma and integration, identity exploration and development, grief & loss, mindfulness & body connection, as well as psychedelic integration. I bring experience from somatic practices including yoga, breathwork & dance, as well as practice with internal family systems therapy and attachment theory to inform my work. I received my MA in Somatic Counseling from Naropa University. I encourage you to reach out so we can chat and feel if we are a good fit for working together.
