I work with adults who are quietly running on empty behind a strong or polished exterior. My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, primarily blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). While the guidance, clinical tools, and professional support I provide are important, I believe deeply that you are the ultimate expert on your own life.
