You’ve Been Carrying So Much You’ve done what you had to do to keep moving — holding it together for your family, your job, and everyone who depends on you. But lately, it feels like you’ve been running on empty. Maybe the past still creeps in when you least expect it. Maybe your mind never stops racing. Maybe you just feel tired — in your bones, your heart, your everything. You don’t have to keep doing this alone.
My Background and Approach
Helping others is my passion, so I will be dedicated to work with you to reach your goals for therapy. My approach is calm and collaborative. We can go at your pace, and we’ll use tools that help — such as EMDR, mindfulness, and helping your body and brain work. EMDR & CBT are some great ways to work through this, but we can discuss what works best for you. When helping my clients, I use a blend of modalities that suit their needs. I can address your mental health symptoms or concerns by helping you look at issues with a new perspective with CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I could also help you process emotions with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy if talking about your concerns is not improving your mental health. If you want to work out a problem you're struggling with, solution-focused therapy may be for you.

Hello! I'm Jenae - therapist, coffee enthusiast, and believer in you! I’m a real human being that genuinely cares about helping people make sense of what’s been too heavy for too long. I help people work through trauma, anxiety, and depression so they can stop feeling like they are living in survival mode and start feeling present again. I work with people to untangle the pain, fear, or sadness that’s been running their lives. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. You’re not broken. It’s about helping your mind and body finally feel safe enough to start healing.
