About My Clients

I have worked with individuals navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and major life transitions, including the shift from adolescence to adulthood. I also support individuals struggling with substance use, as well as family members and loved ones impacted by addiction. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and develop healthier ways to cope and move forward.

My Background and Approach

I describe my therapeutic style as client-centered, engaging, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be meaningful and productive while creating a comfortable, supportive space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I enjoy building genuine connections with clients and working together toward realistic, achievable goals. My approach focuses on understanding the whole person: I value each client's story, background, and cultural experiences, and I strive to create a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment.
