At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that symptoms make sense — and that when we help your nervous system process what’s been stuck, anxiety softens and old patterns begin to shift naturally. I specialize in working with high-functioning adults using EMDR therapy, a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps your nervous system process experiences that are still “stuck,” even if they don’t look like obvious trauma. These might include chronic stress, emotional neglect, performance pressure, relational wounds, or moments where you had to grow up too fast or stay strong for others. EMDR is not about endlessly talking or rehashing your story. It’s about helping your brain and body do what they were meant to do—resolve what’s unresolved—so you can respond to your life now instead of reacting from old patterns.
