My Background and Approach
While I draw upon multiple theoretical orientations, my approach is very strength-based and solution oriented. In our work together, I help clients identify their strengths, even if they feel like they don’t have any, and utilize them to overcome any barrier. I work with clients to together build customizable goals and an actionable plan.
