About My Clients

My passion is supporting clients with eating disorders; helping them find relief from the weight of constant pressures and move toward self-acceptance. I also enjoy working with those who are navigating grief, parents adjusting to shifting seasons, and those living with anxiety or depression by working alongside to provide support. I care deeply about providing affirming care and support for members of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and family members of first responders.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy should be a place where you can breathe a little easier and truly be yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up without masks or judgement. Together, we'll work on easing stress, finding what helps you feel more grounded, and discovering ways to bring more calm and balance into your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In therapy, you won't have to shrink, change or hide parts of yourself to feel accepted. This is a place where your full authentic self is welcomed - and I can't wait to meet and work with you!
