About My Clients
Therapy can help you find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and feel more grounded during life’s transitions. I offer a warm, neurodivergent-affirming space where adults feel seen, supported, and never rushed. Together we’ll explore what keeps you feeling stuck and create space for clarity, compassion, and lasting growth.
My Background and Approach
My approach is gentle, relational, and attuned to your unique needs. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never rushed. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting—modalities that support healing not just through insight, but at the level of the nervous system itself. My practice is also neurodivergent-affirming: I welcome and honor different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing, and adapt therapy to support your strengths. These approaches help untangle old patterns, release what feels stuck, and build new pathways for resilience. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, my goal is to help you come home to yourself with more clarity, connection, and ease.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe trauma can shape how we see ourselves and move through the world, sometimes leaving us with patterns that once kept us safe but now feel heavy or limiting. Therapy offers a space to gently explore these patterns and begin creating new ways of living that feel more open and supportive. I also believe every person carries strengths and wisdom, even when it’s hard to feel them. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming: I see different ways of thinking and experiencing the world as meaningful and valuable, not disordered. My role is to walk beside you with warmth and curiosity as you move toward more freedom, connection, and ease.
