We will validate the feelings that are so often minimized and dismissed. Importantly, we will explore the connections between your multicultural identities, past experiences, and present needs. We will also determine the coping skills that serve your needs and which ones no longer do. Moreover, we will develop new techniques to make meaningful life changes and support your mental health.
