You are valid. Your feelings are valid. You are not crazy. You most certainly are not broken. I offer you all a place to feel safe, heard, and validated. I am not the authority on your life but am an outside perspective. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ people as well as adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
My Background and Approach
Do you ever wish your brain would just SHUT UP sometimes? Finding it hard to relax because you're always worrying, thinking of worst-case scenarios, or replaying the past in your mind? As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I'll help you find relief from repetitive thoughts and overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, or anger. We will work together to identify the underlying causes of your distress and help you find more effective ways to cope.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a trans woman who is openly polyamorous. I am spiritual, kink-friendly, and a lover of dogs, Disney, and board games. I am an avid video gamer as well. I feel that if I am asking people to reveal their most vulnerable pieces, that I am not afraid to do the same if it benefits them therapeutically. I believe that every person who comes to my door, either physically or metaphorically is an individual and I treat them all with kindness, compassion, and without judgment.
