About My Clients
Most of my clients comes to me because they are facing anxiety in one or ore areas of their life. They are constantly worrying about the future, consistently feeling "on-edge" and easily irritated. You may notice your relationships suffer and no longer have that work life balance...hello burnout. Anxiety robs you of enjoying your life through constant "what ifs" and gives your fears more power than they deserve.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping adults just like you manage their anxiety and break through negative barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals. As we partner together, I'll teach you key strategies to use when your mindset is working against you and how to lean on your strengths to get positive results in work and life. I also use faith based practices and interventions if interested.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Therapist, more importantly, I'm a wife, mother and Christ Follower. My journey to get to where I am now has not been an easy ride.. I've hit speed bumps, pot holes, detours, road blocks... you get the point. Most days it felt like I never had my ducks in a row.. I was lucky if my ducks were even swimming in the same pond. But with the grace of God, my own counseling, and supportive friends and family, I was able to turn things around, shift my perspective and found my way. I consider myself approachable, real and offer a nonjudgmental space focusing on transformation. Yes my methods are evidenced based & highly effective. I feel God has blessed me with a gift that I feel very passionate about to be able to help others in this struggle. Trust me, there is hope! You deserve this!!
