My Background and Approach
Life can be hard. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to. Who won't judge. But will help us find our way out of the pit, through the muck, figure out next steps, or where things went wrong. Sometimes therapy is about healing or recovery. Trauma comes in many shapes and sizes... and can have a lasting impact for years. But it doesn't have to last forever. Sometimes therapy is looking for counsel on next steps, and how to get on with the changes life brings. And sometimes, we don't know what we need. We just know something needs to change. You can feel better. That trauma can heal, the next steps can be taken, and you can once again look forward to the everyday. This is a safe place to share, ask, question, learn and grow. And heal. You deserve to be at your best.

I find that every client, as well as every session, is different and requires different technique. I love to listen to where you are and partner with you to find what works best for each situation.
