About My Clients

Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, repeating the same struggles in relationships, battling self-doubt, or carrying the weight of past experiences? Maybe you’ve spent so much time being what others need that you’ve lost sight of yourself. I help adults untangle these challenges, build confidence, and create lasting change. Therapy with me is a space to explore, heal, and reconnect with who you are, using creative and experiential approaches tailored to your unique journey.

My Background and Approach

I bring over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor, specializing in trauma, attachment, and life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with creativity and experiential work, helping clients move beyond surface-level change to deep, lasting transformation. Therapy with me isn’t just about coping, it’s about understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and developing tools to break free. With training in Gestalt, person-centered therapy, and expressive arts, I offer unique ways to help you process emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and build confidence. Whether through talk therapy, creative exploration, or structured interventions, we’ll find what works best for you. My goal is for you to walk away from each session with greater clarity, practical strategies, and a renewed sense of self. If you're ready to explore, heal, and grow, I’d love to support you on that journey.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My work is grounded in authenticity, creativity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique experiences. I’m passionate about social justice, mental health advocacy, and creating inclusive spaces where people of all identities feel safe and supported. As an art therapist and counselor, I embrace creative expression as a powerful tool for healing, especially for those who struggle to put emotions into words. I advocate for autonomy, self-discovery, and the importance of finding your own path, whether in personal growth, relationships, or identity. Beyond therapy, I teach and supervise emerging counselors, supporting the next generation of mental health professionals. I also research the intersections of creativity, healing, and self-efficacy in counseling. If you value authenticity, self-exploration, and a collaborative approach to healing, I’d love to connect with you.
