My Background and Approach
I am LCSW, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Rose Legacy Institute in which I conduct psychotherapy and coaching. I have had a diverse career path in the world of Social Work over the last 7 years. I am an expert in the domains of behavioral health, diversity and inclusivity, PTSD, military exposure, work/life balance, invoking internal motivation and finding purpose. I utilize a dynamic interactive approach with all clients. Additional experience in case management, crisis intervention, community resource referrals, evidence-based treatment, and advocacy for diverse at-risk-youth, adolescents, and adults with mental health, substance use, and self-harm concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an advocate for those of vulnerable populations. I see the greater good in all of my clients and want them to see it for themselves. As an African-American woman I support movements that liberate, encourage and uplift minority populations.
