About My Clients
During my career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my work in various settings has allowed me to help adolescents in middle and high school as well as adults in private practice. I have experience working with individuals struggling with varying degrees of symptoms. In practice, I use various treatment modalities tailored to each individual client.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life can take us through twists and turns. On the outside things may seem fine, but on the inside, you are feeling incredibly overwhelmed. You may feel confused, misunderstood, and unsure of who you are becoming. You may have difficulty controlling negative thoughts or quieting your mind. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, or interpersonal challenges, counseling can be an incredible outlet.
