Having worked in many different mental health settings, I'm equipped to empower clients to live a more fulfilling life. The wide variety of clientele has better equipped me to implement techniques that values the whole person. My approach is gentle, free from judgement, but I still hold clients accountable to their goals. I like to help clients understand what triggered their mental health symptoms so that they can choose their reactions to situations, rather than be at the hands of their emotions.
