I am licensed in California with 10 years of professional psychology experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, depression, trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My approach is not to diagnose or categorize the life difficulties we have. I am more interested in meeting clients where they are at, and working with them to help them to reach their full potential, as they see it.
