My Background and Approach
Recognized as the "Outstanding Psychologist of the Year" by the Los Angeles Association of School Psychologists, my passion as an Educational Psychologist has led me to transition into private practice. In the past three years, I have become a Licensed Educational Psychologist, a Certified Clinical Tele-mental Health Services Provider, and a Certified Clinical ADHD Provider. In this role, I am dedicated to teaching clients quick and easy-to-practice strategies. Through these methods, clients can enhance coping skills, social skills, study skills, time management, mindset, attitude, emotional well-being, mindfulness, attention, focus, and gain the skills and confidence to overcome obstacles.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Addressing a challenge, my title as an "Educational Psychologist" can lead to misconceptions. However, I hold clinical certifications that enable me to provide services equivalent to many clinical psychologists. My extensive training and hands-on experience often surpass traditional licenses. It's disheartening when expertise is overshadowed by a title. I prioritize affordable, inclusive mental health support, offering sliding scale fees for all and free 15-minute consultations for students. Don't let a title define the quality of care you receive.
