My goal, in order to achieve true mental health, is to help you find and address the root causes of your suffering, rather than to label and treat the symptoms alone; after all, you’re more than just a label. We will work with you to address the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical imbalances that are causing you stress and discomfort.
