Therapy for people stuck in patterns—anxiety, ADHD, overthinking, relationships, and burnout when insight isn’t enough to create change.

About My Clients

You may look like you have it together, but still feel stuck in patterns that don’t change. Many of my clients are high-functioning adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, overthinking, burnout, or relationship patterns. You often know what to do, but struggle to follow through. I also work with individuals and couples navigating communication, intimacy, and life transitions.

My Background and Approach

I’m a doctoral-level psychotherapist with training in clinical psychology and nutrition science. My work focuses on helping people move beyond insight into real behavioral change. I take a structured, practical, and depth-informed approach. We look at patterns in thinking, behavior, relationships, and daily life, and work to shift them in ways that are sustainable outside of session. For some clients, this includes support with focus, executive functioning, and ADHD-related challenges. For others, it may involve anxiety, overthinking, burnout, or recurring relationship dynamics. I also work with clients around emotional eating, health behavior change, and metabolic shifts, including GLP-1 support. My approach is direct, non-judgmental, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping you create meaningful, real-world change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be thoughtful, direct, and focused on real change—not just insight. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a non-judgmental approach to identity, relationships, and how people choose to live their lives. I value nuance over rigid thinking, and I work with clients across a range of backgrounds, identities, and belief systems. Whether someone is working through anxiety, relationships, behavior change, or questions about health and lifestyle, my goal is to create a space that is both grounded and practical. I also believe in integrating different areas of life that are often treated separately, including mental health, behavior, and physical well-being, in a way that supports long-term stability and growth.
