About My Clients
Jeff has ample experience working with neurodivergent individuals (i.e. Autistic, ADD, ADHD) and their families, and/or spouses, as well as ample experience in addressing the big two: anxiety and depression, in their various forms and manifestations.
My Background and Approach
Jeff is a firm believer in the mind and body’s capacity for healing, and that a satisfying and purposeful existence is possible and within reach for us all. Inspired by personal experience with neurodivergence and an insatiable desire to understand the mechanics of his own psychological distress, Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, and has been working in the mental health field since 2011. Relying on a collaborative approach built on the foundations of trust and respect, Jeff draws from the transdiagnostic and evidence-based modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients with exploring areas of pain and longing, and with discovering avenues to peace and gratification.
