About My Clients
Accepting new clients now... My clients are resilient, motivated and self-aware individuals. I feel that we all seek improvement in some area of our life at one point or another, and my job is to help empower you/they further. So if you are feeling anxious or down, restless or upset, or just seeking change in yourself or in your personal relationships, I'm here to help. I specialize in working with teens and adolescents and men on their life journeys toward being their best selves.
My Background and Approach
I've spent years working with individuals and families in various settings - whether it was an inpatient setting, a school, or in crisis, and I can provide calm in a storm. Using mindfulness as a guide, we can work toward you being your best self and reaching your fullest potential. First, we can start by identifying any blocks that may be impeding your success; and from there, work to remove or deal with those things that are in the way. I seek progress over perfection for my clients daily.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a husband, father, coach, and practicing Buddhist. I've worked as a licensed clinical therapist for over 10 years and feel a calling toward supporting teens and adolescents as well as men to become their best selves.
