I specialize in helping men navigate life’s challenges—whether it's anxiety, depression, substance use, sex addiction, or relationship struggles. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, but I believe that with the right support, you can tap into your own strengths to move forward with our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where we’ll start by talking about what’s going on in your life, what’s working for you, and what isn’t.

I’m passionate about helping men build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to create lasting change in their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My faith experience calls me to love, serve, and advocate for those who face injustice and inequity. I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals from all walks of life, including racial minorities and LGBTQ community, with compassion and respect. As a volunteer, I lead efforts in a community outreach for an organization that supports people experiencing homelessness, expand access to health and mental health care, and reduce food insecurity in our community.
