About My Clients
I work with adults and older adolescents of all genders, races, and sexual orientations experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, who may feel stuck or experiencing transitions in their lives. Feeling cut off from emotions (numb), overwhelmed, stressed or burnout is an indication that something needs to be addressed. Having worked in the arts field, I have a fondness for creative individuals (entrepreneurs, artists, etc...) and a unique perspective on the trials of creative work.
My Background and Approach
Is there a story you’re carrying about yourself, a situation, or relationship that’s causing heartache, pain, or frustration? Is it something you just can’t shake or feel stuck with? Stories hold power, whether they’re told to us, learned consciously, buried deep, or what we tell ourselves. They can be instructional, revealing, occasionally harmful, but filled possibilities. When we are aware of our stories, we get to determine the next chapter. I want to hear your story. I’ll seek for us both to understand you in the many contexts of your life: family, culture, work, and important relationships. Together we’ll look at beliefs and structures and work towards creating a new story of a healthier, happier life-course forward. Change and taking emotional risks can be scary.
