About My Clients
Some clients come in during crisis - after a panic attack, a sudden loss, or a breaking point they can’t name. Others are holding things together on the outside while falling apart inside. They may overthink, withdraw, lash out, feel numb, or just shut down. Not to rebel, but to cope. To escape anxiety, outrun trauma, or quiet the heaviness of grief. Deep down, they’re exhausted. Exhausted from pretending, from wearing masks, from carrying pain and shame that feel endless.
My Background and Approach
For over a decade, I’ve helped people untangle the weight of trauma, anxiety, and depression using approaches that are both evidence-based and deeply personal. My work is grounded in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), where I’ve guided hundreds of people toward lasting relief by helping the brain reprocess painful memories without retraumatization. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I bring practical tools to break free from cycles of worry, self-doubt, and avoidance, while Person-Centered therapy ensures that your voice, pace, and lived experience remain at the heart of our work. I believe in being direct yet compassionate, offering both immediate strategies for relief and deeper, longer-term change. My goal is to help you not just manage symptoms, but to reclaim a sense of clarity, safety, and self-trust in your life.
