About My Clients
Are you feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or unsure how to move forward in your relationships or career? Perhaps something just feels "off," and you can't quite name it. I'm here to help you navigate these challenging feelings and find a path toward greater clarity and connection.
My Background and Approach
I work with people who feel stuck in old patterns, are overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or are unsure how to move forward in relationships or work. Maybe something just feels off, and you can’t quite name it. I draw from both somatic and psychodynamic approaches, which means we’ll explore the meanings and patterns behind what’s happening, while also tuning into what your body is holding and trying to communicate. I believe insight is most powerful when it’s embodied, not just thought. I'm here to help you understand yourself on a deep level—but also support you in making impactful changes in your life. Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and build something new. My style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work relationally in the here and now, with care for how past experiences live in the present—and attention to who you’re becoming, not just who you’ve been.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress and mood management, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice also focuses on issues of self-esteem, relational intimacy, shame, and trauma, including working with clients who have a history of neglect. I also provide KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy), partnering with Journey Clinical.
