Many of my clients are healing from past traumas and hurt. Things that negatively affect the way they think and feel today, the way they relate to other people, or what they believe about themselves. Healing from trauma and hurt is difficult, and it is incredibly worthwhile. The most amazing thing I have ever seen is the change in people from low self-esteem to liking themselves, and feeling proud of themselves.

I am experienced in helping individuals process and heal in issues from trauma, depression, low self-esteem, family and relationship issues, emotion regulation, parenting, and other life stresses. With couples, I help you find negative communication and learn new habits as you rebuild your partnership and romance. With families, I help every person find their voice and their place in the family system as you grow up together. With individuals of all ages, I provide a safe space and tools as you process and heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, etc. Whatever is holding you back in your life, therapy can help you go beyond simply treating negative symptoms and work on the real issues beneath the surface.
