About My Clients
In life, we often encounter challenges – both in the outside world (school, relationships, loss, trauma) and within ourselves (depression, anxiety, instability, uncertainty). Navigating these obstacles can leave us feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, and wondering how to move forward and make sense of our own lives. My clinical work has taught me that it is never too early – or too late – to seek help in managing these hardships.
My Background and Approach
I am a fully licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Over the last 6 years, I have worked both as an outpatient mental health therapist and as a counselor for students across all grade levels, from kindergarten through college. Therapy with me emphasizes both patience and progress. I strive to offer a safe and collaborative space for each client to make their own – whether that is through traditional talk therapy or more directed, behavior-focused approaches. My work not only acknowledges but celebrates the uniqueness of every individual and every family I see.
