As a therapist, my approach is all about helping you tune into your mind and body so you can experience true healing and lasting peace. I know firsthand how overwhelming stress, anxiety, and grief can feel, especially when you are trying to find your way. That is why I am passionate about helping women discover simple, yet effective ways to find relief and reclaim their peace of mind. I specialize in mindfulness practices and cognitive behavior therapy. I am also a registered yoga teacher through the yoga alliance.
