My Background and Approach
With decades of experience working with clients and over 10 years as a mental health therapist, I have gained deep insight into the human experience. My approach is holistic and person-centered, integrating a range of modalities—from yoga and energy healing to mindfulness and CBT—because every individual is unique.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
For nearly 30 years, I have dedicated myself to studying health and wellness, working with clients through herbalism, nutrition, yoga, Reiki, and other holistic tools. I have a special interest in the biological roots of mental health challenges, including the impact of vagus nerve dysfunction, infectious diseases, and chronic inflammation. I believe that healing must address both the mind and body. Above all, my approach is grounded in validation—honoring your lived experience and emotions. Therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate your own path to healing. You don’t have to do this alone.
