Empowering Relationships & Strengthening Bonds Through Therapy Located in Toluca Lake, near Studio City, Glendale, and Sherman Oaks,

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Burbank, CA

About Our Clients

Most of the clients I work with aren’t dealing with just one issue—they’re dealing with patterns that have been building for years. Miscommunication, resentment, distance, or repeated conflict can quietly shape a relationship over time. Therapy offers a space to slow that down and begin shifting those patterns in a meaningful, lasting way.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is centered on helping clients create healthy, healing conversations that repair connection and build trust. In sessions, couples, families, and adult siblings gain insights into themselves and one another, learning to communicate in ways that foster understanding and closeness. I provide practical tools and relationship skills you can continue to practice at home so progress lasts beyond the therapy room. Whether you’re a couple seeking marriage counseling, a family navigating conflict, or adult siblings healing old wounds, therapy offers a path toward deeper connection and security. I also specialize in helping music bands strengthen group dynamics, communication, and collaboration. My passion is guiding clients to feel happier, more confident, and more secure in their most important relationships. I offer couples therapy, family therapy, and sibling counseling in Studio City near Glendale, Burbank, and Sherman Oaks, as well as online sessions throughout Ca.

More About the People We Treat

I specialize in working with couples, families, and adult siblings who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and move through long-standing challenges. This includes: Couples feeling disconnected or stuck in recurring conflict Partners working to rebuild trust after a rupture Adult siblings navigating tension, distance, or unresolved history Families working through complex dynamics or life transitions My approach is thoughtful, engaged, and tailored to the people in the room—I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Sessions are longer (75 minutes), which allows each person to be fully heard without feeling rushed. We begin by identifying clear goals so our work stays focused, and we return to those goals as therapy progresses. I draw from attachment-based, client-centered, and relational approaches to help clients better understand themselves and each other—while also offering practical tools to improve communication and reduce conflict.
