About My Clients
I work best with clients who are facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, substance-use challenges, or life transitions and are ready to engage in compassionate, structured, and collaborative care. I enjoy supporting individuals who value open communication, want guidance with medication management, and are seeking a calm, steady partner to help them build healthier patterns, improve emotional wellbeing, and move toward long-term stability.
My Background and Approach
With nearly 30 years of psychiatric and medical-surgical nursing experience, I’ve supported clients across inpatient units, crisis centers, correctional facilities, outpatient clinics, and telehealth settings. I bring a calm, steady presence and strong clinical judgment to every interaction, offering comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and compassionate behavioral health support for clients of all ages. My approach is patient-centered and collaborative—I take time to truly listen, understand each person’s unique story, and create tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based care. I meet clients where they are, empowering them with education, coping tools, and consistent support to help them heal, grow, and achieve long-term emotional wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—no matter where they are in their mental health journey. Healing begins with compassion, connection, and trust, and I strive to create a safe space where clients can share openly and without judgment. I believe in the power of evidence-based care, collaborative treatment, and empowering individuals with the tools they need to build resilience, restore balance, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
