About My Clients
In working with me, you will receive individualized treatment based on the challenges and needs that you identify. You can expect constructive and compassionate feedback. My Background and Approach
I completed my Masters Degree at UMAB, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During college, I completed two years of internships. Prior to graduation, I also worked on the Statewide Crisis Hotline, and for Grassroots Shelter while raising my two children. Upon graduation, I completed an additional two years of supervised experience and passed two state board exams to obtain my LCSW-C. For decades after college, I put in the hard work of learning about mental health, about people, and about what really works to help them, by being a psychotherapist on various interdisciplinary teams. My clinical knowledge and training are consistently updated through seminars and networking. I provide therapy for ages 16 and up. The modalities I utilize are backed by research and are proven effective to process emotions, overcome challenges, develop strengths and coping skills. I have been successful with individuals, groups and families from diverse backgrounds, life stages and areas of need.
