Utilizing a blend of therapeutic approaches, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and preferences. By combining these modalities, we can better address the underlying causes and patterns that may perpetuate your struggles. I am also proud to be Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an innovative technique that offers rapid relief for the emotional distress associated with traumatic experiences.
