About My Clients
The therapists at Blossom Wellness work with adult individuals who are caring, creative, open-minded, people who love doing everything-for-everyone. Even though you see how much you do, you feel bad about who you are. Maybe you have a lot of negative core beliefs and self-talk, and even some self-sabotaging behaviors. You struggle with anxiety or depression and tend to get overwhelmed and doubt yourself frequently. You feel unhappy with the relationship you have with yourself.
My Background and Approach
Blossom Wellness is unique in that all of our providers are Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists that have training in the same areas of expertise, but utilize their own personal style to dive deep into your internal world. They use their own passion, personalities, training and life experience to offer empathy, support and care. They will each help you see new perspectives and gain new tools and insight to reach your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our belief is that when you increase self-awareness, you nourish your mind. That will increase your sense of self worth and increase your choices in how to handle different situations. You will learn to trust your inner voice and find the beauty of all the knowledge and answers from within yourself.
