About My Clients
I help ambitious, anxious women learn how to trust and put themselves first, so they can stop burning themselves out trying to meet other people’s expectations. My clients have done all the things to create a life they would be proud of, but they’re not as happy as they thought they would be. I help them to get their confidence back and experience more joy - and I’d love to help you do the same.
My Background and Approach
I believe that therapy should be a custom, collaborative experience. That’s why I tailor each session to my client’s goals and challenges. An empathetic, safe environment is what makes growth possible. If you were my client, you could expect our sessions to feel warm, empathetic, and supportive. I’m honest and straightforward, and would help you remember the best parts of yourself. I will trust you as the expert on your own life, while offering new perspectives. I will help you find healthy coping skills that work for you. I would try to help you leave each session being more able to handle any challenges or stress that comes your way. I often support clients with anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship boundaries, emotional labor in romantic relationships, life transitions, trauma and PTSD. I’ve also helped many clients with codependency, boundaries, stress, self esteem, coping skills, work and career stress, work/life balance, and adult friendships.
