About My Clients
I work with adults and couples. I have supported clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, occupational and school stress, grief, alcohol and substance use, eating disorders, and medical and disability challenges.
My Background and Approach
It is my honor to facilitate clients' cultivation of greater awareness and intentionality in their wellness journeys. I include every aspect in that vision -- emotional, intellectual, physical, spiritual, social, occupational, environmental. I have assisted a diverse clientele (ages 5 to 95) in a variety of settings including community-based, schools, residential treatment facilities, clinics, and private practice. I previously worked as an attorney where I gained international corporate experience with public companies and entrepreneurs in technology, healthcare, and social services. My background also includes clinical research, program development, and management in multi-disciplinary healthcare and social services programs.
