I'm so glad you stopped by! If you are experiencing overwhelming challenges, you are certainly not alone. I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress. Many of my clients are women who have experienced abuse or relationship troubles. You deserve to have the help and support you need to feel better and let go of whatever is holding you back.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I have a great deal of experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I look forward to hearing from you!
