About My Clients

I help adults who grew up in chaotic or emotionally immature families, survivors of domestic violence, and those managing complex trauma, PTSD, or chronic stress—including veterans and first responders. I’m especially passionate about supporting women and mothers navigating relational challenges. Together, we explore old patterns, process wounds, and move out of survival mode toward greater authenticity, emotional balance, and self-compassion.

My Background and Approach

My approach is trauma-informed and relational. I see this process as deconstructing learned patterns of survival and rebuilding a sense of safety, self-trust, and authenticity. We do this through IFS, compassion-focused, and mindfulness-based practices. Together we create space to unlearn what no longer serves you and build a more grounded, connected self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy can be a place to rest, reflect, and rebuild—a space to process old wounds, reconnect with your inner strength, and nurture your capacity for self-compassion. Together, we can navigate the process of healing and reconnect you with who you are meant to be.
